St. Andrew's Benn Millennium Green is in Rugby, Warwickshire.
To quote Rugby Council website:
"£46,650 was provided by Onyx Environment Trust to help convert St Andrew's Benn Park, a disused school playing field, into an urban park. The park was designed and developed by working closely with the local community. Artist Helga Windle was commissioned to work with local residents to create the floor mural in the centre of the park. The park also includes space to play ball games, a play area and many trees, shrubs and flowers."
