OPEN FOR USE AT ALL TIMES, IT IS RUN ONLY BY LOCAL FUNDRAISING"

The Green itself contains play equipment for the youngest children and an enclave within the Green which is maintained by the local authority has play equipment for older children.
The Green has a beacon which can be lit for special occasions, such as jubilees.

Glenfield had a Beacon for the Diamond Jubilee in 2012.
